Pratt Landing

Located along the Echo Bay portion of the Long Island Sound, Pratt Landing is transforming a former industrial brownfield site into a residential, retail, and recreational hub. The mixed-use development includes 482 residential units, 40,000 SF of restaurant and retail space, a 150-room hotel, 845 parking spaces, a waterfront park, and an event space and community facility for veterans housed in the restored New Rochelle Naval Armory. Langan enrolled the project into the NYSDEC Brownfield Cleanup Program as two sites, conducted remedial investigations to evaluate subsurface conditions, and prepared Remedial Action Work Plans. Our team conducted a subsurface investigation, provided a geotechnical report, prepared comprehensive site plan approval documents in accordance with the city standards, and submitted a tidal wetland joint permit application. We also performed boundary, topographic, and utility surveys, prepared a traffic memo that calculated anticipated trip generation at the site, and managed the SEQR process.
