Premier Trailer Leasing – Greenville

Langan provided site/civil engineering, landscape architecture, project management, and contract coordination services for Premier Trailer Leasing’s development. The project consolidated four lots and included a 1,700-SF office building, paved driveways and parking, ADA improvements, and an expanded gravel storage pad to support trailer leasing operations. We ensured the Outdoor Vehicle Storage use met zoning and permitting requirements, evaluated available utilities, and designed on-site sanitary sewer and water connections. We also prepared land development and erosion control plans, developed site lighting plans, and coordinated with the project team to advance approvals and construction.
