The Grand at Baldwin

The Grand at Baldwin is a 166,984-SF mixed-use, transit-oriented development that will feature 215 apartment units across four floors, 5,000 SF of commercial space, on-site parking, and a robust amenity package. Located across from the Baldwin Long Island Rail Road station, The Grand will be a catalyst for the long-planned revitalization of Baldwin’s downtown area. Langan is providing geotechnical services for the project, including a subsurface investigation, a stormwater investigation, support of excavation design, and construction-phase services, including both construction administration and inspections for the excavation and foundation work.
