Toyota ROB and Training Facility at Columbia Tech Center

The Toyota Regional Office Building (ROB) and Training Facility at Columbia Tech Center is a 38,800-SF office development providing educational and training space for the global motor vehicle manufacturer. The campus also includes parking areas, a covered courtyard, and mature landscaping, all designed to meet stringent municipal standards. Langan delivered site/civil services to satisfy on-site infiltration requirements through above-ground bioretention planters and appropriately sized storm systems. When a pressurized sewer line was discovered higher than indicated in as-built drawings, we regraded the site to avoid a costly relocation and project delays. Our scope also included sidewalk and parking reconfigurations, site regrading, and tenant improvement support.
