Triport 8 Logistics Park

Langan provided survey, site/civil engineering, traffic engineering, and landscape architecture services for an industrial warehouse park development comprising five speculative warehouse buildings totaling over 881,000 SF on a 62-acre site. The project was delivered in multiple phases, including a sanitary sewer force main extension, public waterline extension, and a public roadway package, in addition to the private site development package. Permitting and approvals were coordinated with several entities, including the City of Houston, Harris County Flood Control District, TXDOT, and multiple pipeline companies.
