Triport 8 Logistics Park

Langan provided survey, site/civil, traffic, and landscape architecture services for an industrial park comprising five speculative warehouse buildings totaling over 881,000 SF. The project included the private site development package, a sanitary sewer force main extension, a public waterline extension, and a public roadway package. Langan coordinated the permitting and approvals with the City of Houston, Harris County Flood Control District, Texas Department of Transportation, and multiple pipeline companies.
