United Airlines Catering Facility

Langan is providing a full range of engineering and design services for a new 200,000-SF catering operations facility supporting expanded international service at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The approximately 35-acre site requires nearly 28 acre-feet of detention and includes water and sewer extensions, a new traffic signal, and upgrades to the Vehicle Service Road. Site improvements also include a 450-space employee parking lot and a 100-truck parking area to support daily operations. We are delivering coordinated site/civil, traffic, geotechnical, environmental, landscape architecture, and survey services to advance infrastructure design, permitting, and construction for this high-volume airport support facility.
