Vantage Data Centers WA1 Campus

This 775,000 SF, three-building, 89MW data center campus is located on a 68-acre greenfield site and features a "raised floor data hall" design concept, which required civil coordination for below-grade routing. Langan participated in the master plan effort, provided full design for Phase 1, and, nearly a decade later, seamlessly completed the project’s final phases. Project challenges included coordination with the city's irrigation district and participation in land use strategy development.
