Water Street Phase 2

Water Street Tampa is a 16-block, 50-acre waterfront neighborhood in downtown Tampa, The project includes residential, commercial, and institutional buildings, as well as green spaces, restaurants, bars, and other amenities. Langan provided geotechnical engineering services for several projects during Phase I and is currently engaged for additional work during Phase II. Langan completed geotechnical engineering services for the JW Marriott, Heron Apartments, and 400 Channelside Drive. Projects currently underway include Water Street Block 1 and 2.
