Water Street, Phase 2

Water Street Tampa is a 16-block, 50-acre waterfront neighborhood with residential, commercial, and institutional buildings, green spaces, and restaurants. Langan provided geotechnical services for several projects during Phase I, including the JW Marriott, Heron Apartments, and 400 Channelside. We are engaged in additional work for Phase II, including Water Street Block 1 and 2.
