White Plains Hospital

White Plains Hospital is undergoing a major 475,000 SF, ten-story expansion that will replace its former parking garage with new operating suites and private patient rooms, increasing bed capacity from 292 to 436. The project includes a new pediatric emergency department, ICU space, medical/surgical rooms, and a redesigned main entrance. Langan is providing ongoing geotechnical engineering services, including construction observations, special inspections, and construction administration, to ensure proper foundation work, soil preparation, excavation support, and waterproofing throughout the project.
