NAIOP Names Andrew Chun a 2023 Developing Leader

NAIOP named Andrew Chun, Senior Project Manager, one of its five Developing Leaders for 2023. This prestigious award honors exceptional industry professionals for their accomplishments, leadership, and community involvement. The 2023 winners represent five NAIOP chapters across North America: Chun (New Jersey), Jace Jonsson (Calgary), Maria Elena Poyer (Washington State), Michael Testa (Wisconsin), and Ryan Woods (Georgia).

Based in Langan’s Princeton office, Chun has over 10 years of experience with environmentally contaminated sites. He primarily focuses on providing sustainable, integrated solutions to revitalize blighted properties and create a positive socioeconomic impact for local communities across New Jersey.

Chun is a co-founder—and current leader—of the Young Professionals@Langan employee resource group (ERG), which promotes a culture of knowledge sharing and skills development amongst the next generation of leaders. Additionally, he is the co-chair of Langan’s Next Generation Forum (rising leaders who help advance the firm’s culture and business practices while anticipating future challenges), Langan’s overall ERG Leadership Team, and NAIOP New Jersey’s Developing Leaders Committee.

NAIOP, or the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, is the leading organization for professionals working in the office, industrial, and mixed-use real estate sectors, with over 20,000 members across North America.
