Bridge Point Soundview

Bridge Point Soundview is a 536,000-SF, Class A, light industrial and office campus with four two-story buildings and parking. The design included coordination with the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Company to accommodate an easement related to a storm line discharge on the property. The site and utility infrastructure design navigated 140 feet of fall perched atop environmentally sensitive areas, including significantly steep slopes toward the Puget Sound.
