Crane Data Center

Located on approximately 35 acres, this mission-critical data center campus encompasses two buildings and a substation. Project challenges included street frontage improvements because of the site’s proximity to adjacent neighborhoods and the presence of low-quality agricultural wetlands, which required drainage as a condition of approval under the Oregon Department of State Lands jurisdiction. Our team led the owner through the due diligence phase, proactively engaged the community to address concerns, and provided an archeological survey and cultural resources assessment.
