CyrusOne PNW1 Data Center Campus

Located on a 45-acre greenfield site, the CyrusOne PNW1 campus includes an 848,000 SF, four-building phased colocation data center with Class A office space and 90 MW capacity. Langan provided the master plan and design. The jurisdiction required 100% on-site stormwater management, which the team accomplished with utilities and by conveying water to three interconnected on-site infiltration ponds, which helped maintain runoff and the required storage.
