Vantage Data Centers' WI1 Lighthouse campus outside Milwaukee, Wisconsin, includes four state-of-the-art data centers providing nearly one gigawatt of AI capacity across more than 2.5 million SF of space. The project is expected to create over 4,000 skilled construction jobs, along with thousands of indirect jobs. Langan is providing site/civil engineering, landscape architecture, site lighting, geotechnical investigations, and asbestos surveying services. The environmentally focused design prioritizes the preservation of high-quality wetlands and enhances lower-quality wetland areas.
