Hyperscale Data Center Campus

This project includes the development of a six-phase, 1.8-million-SF hyperscale data center campus offering 234 MW of power. Located on more than 230+ acres, the campus also includes an administration building, four core network rooms, and a 40-acre electrical substation. Site/civil challenges included mandates for zero stormwater discharge (for both rainwater and snow melt), which Langan achieved by adding an infiltration evaporation pond large enough to hold approximately three cruise ships. The project served as a “design guideline” for our technology client, creating a standardized design that can be adapted on other sites and saving time and money in future development efforts.
