Princeton University – Dillon Gym

Princeton University’s 30,000-SF Dillon Gym expansion features a new two-story addition, interior renovations, and site and utility improvements focused on accessibility and sustainability. Langan provided site/civil engineering services including site and utility design, stormwater management design, land-use permitting, and preparation of construction documents and technical specifications. Sustainable elements such as porous pavers, infiltration trenches, and green roofs support the University’s Sustainability Action Plan goals and LEED Gold pursuit. The project required land-use permitting approvals from the municipality, the Delaware and Raritan Canal Commission, Mercer County Soil Conversation District and NJDEP for a Treatment Works Approval.
