Kelly Logistics Park

Kelly Logistics Park is a 400-acre industrial development featuring five warehouses totaling nearly 4 million SF, including a 1.7-million-SF facility. Langan is providing site/civil, traffic, and environmental engineering services, and cultural-resources support. Under new NJDEP stormwater regulations, Langan designed a comprehensive system of eight constructed wetlands, 50+ bioretention basins, and porous pavement. Because the site lies outside a Sewer Service Area, Langan is also pursuing a Water Quality Management Plan amendment. Our traffic team is coordinating roadway improvements and signal design with three adjacent developers, while cultural resources investigations confirmed no historically eligible findings on-site.
