Langan completed a Phase I ESA for the Seattle Housing Authority for an existing building, planned for reuse as affordable housing. We worked with the client and their lender to confirm the environmental risks relevant for the building so all stakeholders understood the history and implications of the findings. Our hands-on approach made negotiations related to environmental risk more efficient for the client.
