University of Pittsburgh – BioForge

The University of Pittsburgh is developing a portion of the Hazelwood Green development into a 185,000-SF life science building, BioForge. The new building will feature two stories and a penthouse, as well as associated bike parking. We are providing a range of surveying, site/civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineering services. Our site/civil services will include hydrant flow test observation, conceptual and schematic design plans, PWSA water and sewer permitting, final plans, and more throughout the design phases.
